Happy holidays, everybody! It’s Jordan here, and it’s hard to believe it’s already December with all the cold and snow outside. Before we get fully into the holiday season, let’s take a look back at the North York real estate market for November, focusing on Clanton Park and Bathurst Manor, and see what the numbers tell us.
Clanton Park

So, while Clanton Park is showing a buyer’s market with plenty of inventory, there is still demand. Buyers are actively viewing properties and attending open houses, and some homes are even selling above list price. The market just isn’t as pressured for buyers as it has been in the past.
Bathurst Manor

Bathurst Manor saw solid activity in November, with homes selling slightly below list price. Buyers are still actively looking, but they are taking their time to make decisions since they have more options and less pressure.
Looking Ahead
As we move through December, I expect active listings to start decreasing a bit with fewer new properties coming to market. Heading into the new year, the spring market may pick up earlier – around late January to early February. Overall, I anticipate the market will remain stable, without major swings in prices.

To wrap up, I want to wish everyone a wonderful holiday season and a Happy New Year. This will likely be my final market update for 2025, so all the best as we move into 2026.
Stay warm, enjoy the holidays, and I’ll see you in the new year!
