Summer is officially here, and while the temperatures are heating up, the real estate market in Clanton Park and Bathurst Manor has remained steady through June.
One of the biggest trends I've been watching this year has been consistent buyer activity. While headlines often focus on prices, a healthy market starts with homes continuing to sell. June delivered exactly that, with both neighbourhoods seeing steady movement and balanced market conditions.

June was another stable month for Clanton Park.
Inventory remained at a balanced level, giving buyers options while still allowing well-priced, well-presented homes to attract strong interest. Homes that were priced appropriately continued to sell, and overall market conditions remained very similar to what we've seen over the past several months.

Bathurst Manor Market Update
Bathurst Manor followed a very similar pattern.
The neighbourhood continued to see healthy activity throughout June, with buyers remaining active and quality homes continuing to sell. Like Clanton Park, the market has been showing encouraging consistency, which is exactly what we want to see heading into the second half of the year.

What This Means for Buyers and Sellers
One of the most encouraging signs right now is that activity has remained consistent.
Even as we move into the summer months, buyers are still out looking, and desirable homes continue to sell. That's an important indicator because consistent sales activity helps support a stable market over time.
If you're considering selling, summer can still be an excellent opportunity. Serious buyers don't disappear simply because the weather gets warmer. Well-prepared homes that are priced correctly continue to generate interest.
For buyers, a balanced market provides more choice and a little more breathing room compared to the competitive conditions we've experienced in previous years.
